Hi! I’m Lari!

Thank you so much for stopping by! I’ve always been a small business owner at heart, but these days, I’m embracing a slower, more thoughtful way of living. There’s something so grounding about the simple act of putting pen to paper-it’s become one of my favorite ways to stay connected to myself and others.

I spent 18 years running a residential and commercial cleaning service in Chicago, but my heart has found a new home in crafting handmade greeting cards, sharing occasional DIY projects, and weaving a weekly wine-drinking ritual into my life. With several certifications in wine and a deep passion for continuing my studies-currently focusing on the Spanish, Italian, and Champagne wine regions-I find endless inspiration in the beauty and stories behind every bottle.

To me, a weekly wine-tasting ritual is about so much more than enjoying a glass of wine. It’s a chance to carve out intentional time for yourself, to pause, reflect, and appreciate life’s quiet, meaning moments. Over time, these rituals can gently transform how you approach not just wine, but the rhythm of your daily life.

I have the best supportive family. They are my guiding light in all things. I have two fur babies (Mackenzie and Kuro) who when it really comes down to it rule my schedule.

It is true, this company is named by a puppy I once had (Scout) and Mackenzie.

I hope I get to inspire others to carve out moments of pause in the hustle of daily life. There’s something truly magical about slowing down-whether it’s staying connected to loved ones through the heartfelt gesture of sending a greeting card or staying connected to yourself by journaling your thoughts with a glass of wine in hand. These small but meaningful acts remind us to appreciate life’s simple pleasures, foster deeper connections, and create space for reflection. By embracing these moments, we not only nurture our relationships but also ourselves, one thoughtful ritual at a time.
